On May 27, 2025, faculty and students from the Cross-border E-commerce program at the School of Digital Economics and Trade (Guangzhou Huashang College) participated in an internship at Guangzhou Yinghe Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. The group immersed themselves in frontline operations by touring office facilities, examining organizational structures, exploring cross-border e-commerce business models, and observing platform operation workflows. During discussions with company executive Manager Zhang Hui, insights into industry trends, recruitment standards, and career advancement pathways provided valuable guidance for students' future career planning.

On May 27, 2025, to deepen industry-education integration and boost student employment, Yang Yuxin, a lecturer from the Digital Economics and Trade College's Cross-border E-commerce program, organized a professional internship for 12 students at Guangzhou Yinghe Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Yinghe") under the course "Design and Production of Independent Cross-border E-commerce Websites". Accompanied by company representative Manager Zhang Hui throughout the process, the student team immersed themselves in frontline operations through on-site visits and thematic discussions, gaining comprehensive insights into the cross-border e-commerce industry ecosystem and talent demands.

 

During the internship's first stop, Manager Zhang Hui guided the group through the corporate office environment and provided a detailed explanation of departmental structures. As a leading B2B e-commerce provider specializing in electronic devices, Guangzhou Yinghe operates flagship stores on global platforms like Amazon and Alibaba. The company's international supply chain system and digitalized operational model offered the students and faculty members real-world industry case studies that demonstrated cutting-edge business practices.

 

Panel discussion: Focus on talent demand and industry trends.
During the thematic symposium, Manager Zhang Hui systematically analyzed corporate hiring standards and career advancement pathways. He patiently addressed students' core questions regarding job competency requirements and career development, emphasizing: "Continuous self-improvement and staying true to one's professional aspirations are key to career growth." Subsequently, he conducted an in-depth analysis of the current state of the electronic equipment foreign trade industry, combining global cross-border e-commerce trends with practical insights from fields such as intelligent marketing and cross-border logistics.

 

The head of the corporate e-commerce department elaborated on the full operational workflow, establishing a recruitment standard that "English proficiency serves as core competitiveness." They recommended students strengthen their business English and cross-cultural communication skills during school. The session saw active participation, with students engaging in in-depth discussions with industry experts on professional topics including platform algorithm optimization and overseas warehouse distribution strategies.
